Thank you fror about updates. I have been really busy time lately.

This situation in Sakurajima is going really dangerous way i think.

1. There have been lately really much earthquakes in aira caldera and also in Sakurajima.

2. Definetly magma moves and now i think it is not small amount.

3. Looks like pressure in magmachamber is growing.

4. Lucky thing is that its looks like magma is still low viscoty. If it goes to high viscoty mode we have HUGE problem. (there is rumours that scientist will rise potential hazard warnign really high) I recommend to follow what jma will say and local media also.

Hi my friend, seeing this last video i noticed that i don't see any lava, only explosions with ash... maby the viscosity is rising don't you think? Thank's!

There is some sings about that that is situation. Well there was couple article in december 2011 where scientist told that this is time when sakurajima activity will rise. One reason is that magma get more high viscoty. I read one article today that scientis are little worried that mt aso activity will rise again also and reason is that there is lots of activity beneath kyshu island. Another and even bigger supervolcano that aira is. Let see what will happen.

Lots of earthquake activity in kyshu island. One about 3magnitude earthqukae in top of aira-caldera center. I quite sure that activity in sakurajima will rise more soon.

About 2.0 earthquake in aira-caldera just front of sakurajima. We can expect activity here.

Sakurajima volcano appears to be at higher levels of activity, as the last week has seen an increased average number and size of eruptions. According to the latest USGS / Smithsonian report “explosions during the past week “often” produced plumes that rose to altitudes of 1.2-3 km (4,000-10,000 ft) and drifted NW, E, and SE....
