It seems that in the past few years the violence and attacks by Law enforcement is getting out of hand, these cops need prozac and weekly anti-anger therapy sessions.

There was very little opportunity for him to pull over before the service station. He probably thought that he was making the safest decision by not immediately stopping. Obviously the cop was enraged that he didn't instantly pull over and attacked him before he had a chance to explain.
This was an unwarranted attack. Any court of law would have charged the cop with 2nd degree murder and would of settled on negligent homicide. But this is no longer the civilized society we used to live in.

What they need is a serious lesson.

No guns needed. just get a few guys in black overalls and skimasks armed with tasers and ambush the fuckers that abuse the taser.

According to law enforcement it is a non lethal weapon, so let´s try it out.

Did you watch the video? The man was probably considering that he could pull off the narrow mountain road first and save cops and himself being rear ended on a curve.
I have done when I was pulled over, both times on busy streets and I pulled off the street into a 7-11 parking lot and another time onto the next side street, so as not to block traffic. Both times the cops said nothing about it, so obviously it was fine with them that I did that.
There is something seriously wrong with this police/sheriff, and now the town's citizens and the mayor are going to have to take charge and make some changes.

This is like an epademic of tazer victims! What does this say about us as a society that we have police officers so afraid for their life from a mere traffic stop? The guy wasnt ARMED! This is worse than the wild west, hell even then we didnt shoot unarmed men or women.

Perhaps he was looking for a save place to pull over, after all the road had no shoulder. He pulled over less than a mile from where the cop started following him.

You can bet your ass one thing. If He wasn't white, It be a shit storm of civil rights violations and firings and prison time like nobody's business.

If i get pulled over and can't do so immediately, i signal a right hand turn and do so till there is a safe place to pull over...regardless of distance (for my safety and the officer pulling me over).Never been tazed for it. Sorry for their family and friends,sad.

Here in Indiana last year, there was a drunk cop that crashed into 3 motorcycle riders, killing one. The state is doing everything in its power to protect the cop, its so blatant. Tests show the cop had I believe a 2.0 blood level and was on duty. They wont allow the test result into court. Its disgusting.
