What ingredients would you like to eat in a vegie pie?

Actually. I like to make a brobcolie pie, with eggs, maybe mushrooms and a lot of cheese on top. (I do use a little bit of minced meat).

you can make a good vegan shepherd's pie with that crumbly soy stuff that looks like hamburger.

Tomatoes, spinach, peppers and feta cheese.

A good tip, I don't know if you get this over there but Bisto Gravy granuals for beef are actually vegitarian, you can mix it with veggie mince, onions and mushrooms - pretty satisfying and nobody dies.
