OP, you should read into the work of Dolores Cannon. (You find her on youtube for starters... ) Shes a hypnotherapist and a past life regressionist and have specialized in UFO abductions. She has written 15 books!! She actually says that if you see a UFO, that can be enough for you being abducted. You do not have to remember anything. Also if you dream about UFO's, that can indicate an abduction aswell. Do you have strange dreams OP? And maybe dreams where u get poked or examined? Blessings :)  Oh stop this abduction shit. These craft are from heaven, and if you are taken aboard there is some reason for it. the negative "aliens" were not aliens from other worlds, they were from right here ON THIS PLANEt, the reptilians etc. And these ones have all be removed. Negative abductions were done by some of them, and MAN himself. Since the ETS from heaven cannot work directly on this earth in what is being done here to help transform these races, you must go aboard. Many of you here, that are younger, such as perhaps yourself OP had your embryos made aboard ship and placed in your parents, because you NEED a better temple, you are from better places, and your better temple must be passed on to your children. The Adam and Eve mission failed in racial upgrading, so its being done this way. I myself, even though I am 63, have a special upgraded body, or I could not be telepathic.
