HEAT WAVE IN EASTERN EUROPE..SO HOT OVER HERE..WTF

Another tropical day in the serbian capital.. its 40 degrees celsius in shade (104 fahrenheit).. today i mesaured 60C (140 F) on a car hood. You could probably fry eggs and make omlets on your car .If youre in a car or caught in traffic its not even funy.. the other day a polish tourist couple in Croatia i think left their 8 year old daughter in a car for 45 minutes and the poor kid fallen into coma from heat shock and beeing cooked alive.. and will have permament brain damage to the rest of her life.. People daily collapse on the street or in buses .. and a fatality every couple of days. they put tankers with wather on major squares... and most of outside bars and coffee bars and enterprises have HUGE fans positioned around and some places even have have tiny tiny sprinklers that spray over your heads .. people are bathing in public fountains what can i say

BANJA LUKA, Bosnia-Herzegovina — A heat wave in Eastern Europe caused its first fatality on Thursday when a woman who had sought treatment at a hospital in Bosnia collapsed in its emergency room, a doctor said.

In Romania, France's ambassador fainted while giving a speech at his embassy.

In Bosnia, temperatures soared as high as 45 degrees Celsius (113 Fahrenheit), causing asphalt to begin melting in the southern city of Mostar.

The country's Health Ministry urged citizens to stay out of the sun between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Dragoljub Djuric, a doctor at a hospital in Bosnia's northern town of Modrica, said its emergency room was overcrowded with people with heat-related problems and that one woman collapsed and died there Thursday.

Jasmina Hanjalic, a doctor at an emergency room in Sarajevo, said the people seeking treatment there included construction workers.

In Romania, French Ambassador Henri Paul fainted while giving a speech at an embassy reception to celebrate Bastille Day in France. As he fell, he was caught by Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc.
