search on google for wire tap detection devices. they sell those online. Gest bet is for wireless ones that detect the 2.4 or 5.4 GHz frequency, as those are the ones that are most commonly used. If your phoneline is hardwired, you'll have to crawl under the house and check the wiring for any device that is hardwired into the phoneline.
