Jesus spoke against the scribes that had "illuminated" the scripture by adding vein law (Mishnah) to the word of God in order to weigh man down with silly ritual. It was written by men. Men who were targeted and vulnerable to evil influence just as much as we are today. We have false Christs appearing, always have. Do you believe they did not? The "two witnesses of revelation" are a deception. This message was not given by the real Christ. Many will be lost because they will be busy with this and unaware of the truth. Open your eyes. Please. Trust that God is good, that He is perfect and weigh everything against that. Don't trust blindly. If any message, any book, any doctrine conflicts with the knowledge that God is perfect, then don't follow it. There is nothing bad in God. Nothing. Pray and pray and pray (to God or to Christ ONLY) and ask for wisdom and for eyes that see. If you ask, He'll help. Sadly, deception has become far too easy for the enemy... Nobody studies the scriptures anymore, people just rely on their local pastor, televangelists, YouTube videos, and internet forums to get their scriptural knowledge. This is tragic and very very dangerous. Most of what I have read on GLP from so-called Christians is horribly wrong and not even close to what the scriptures teach; in many cases it is the exact opposite. However, since it is often presented in a reasonably articulate manner and they usually include many scripture references (usually taken way out of context), people accept it as fact and shape their beliefs around it. Nobody wants to take the time to verify what the scriptures actually read. If people would, they would discover that those on GLP who post the most "Christian" content (i.e. ICE, Sword of Gideon, et al.) are profoundly wrong on nearly all of their dogma, but their posts are full of conviction and all of the right 'key words' to make people fall for the deceptions. People want a shortcut to the Truth, but they sadly believe that the shortcut is GLP and YouTube, or some charismatic (but false) teacher on television. They do not understand that the shortest and most reliable path is to go directly to the Word of God itself. The enemy uses these places to spread his lies, and sadly it is very very effective at confusing people and leading many to false beliefs. We can try to correct the errors and rebuke the false teachers we see here, but the fact is we are heavily outnumbered by those spreading the errors and few have a genuine desire to know the Truth and prefer the easy answers. |

You must be one of those 'Christians' who hasn't actually read the Bible . Take this part for example , "There is nothing bad in God. Nothing. Hate, anger, wrath, vengeance, those are human qualities. God is perfect, not like us. Think about it." To say that is absurd , that is your own new-age teaching that you have added to his Word . Praise God. certainly you must bring doubt upon the holy scriptures saying they were written by fallible men for they testify against your testimony. These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. I'm not really sure what your question is but I would like to ask one. I have never, ever said anything negative about God. I love and praise Him with every ounce of my being. I have however said that the bible is fallible. So how is this wrong? God is God and a book is a book. A person cannot sin against a book. you testified that god does not hate intimating that hate is bad. is hate of evil bad? god does indeed hate the seven things listed. since you say god does not hate and the scripture testifies that he does, you contradict scripture; and indeed so many today do saying scripture is flawed that thier testimony may stand above scripture. this is what i am saying, are you without simple comprehension? |
