GLP password retrieval system does not work
i really need help resetting my password
ive been trying this for months and it still doesnt work

i click forgot password, i click the link in the email

i try logging with the temporary password and it does not work

ive emailed trinity 3 times and have not had a response

id really like to get my account back so i can upgrade it

i dont want to start a new account

please help
