Both answers are true.
If you live in a non-pure place and you are set for survive, you will either survive in that place or will receive a message to move.
If you don't do exactly what you been told, you will perish.
If the voice says, go alone, you need to go alone.
Some people will survive the main event, but will not survive the others.
