August 19, that's an interesting date.


August is an important month for Russians.


There was a [failed ?] Russian coup August 19, 1991.

The Church of Christ the Saviour [Russia's temple rebuilt]
was consecrated on August 19, 2000.

The next Spring [2001] Russian economist, Dr Koryagina,
gave an interview with Pravda in which she said the USA
was going to be hit on August 19. Then she said it would
be in the "last ten days of August" which she said had a
religious meaning.

Typical Russian, she left a riddle because August 19 is not
within the "last ten days of August." But if you go back
to the religious event the previous August 19 and use the
Russian Orthodox church calendar, Sept 11 is in the "last ten
days of August" according to the Russian church's Julian calendar.
