It's something on the lens.

Uh oh, the snapshot of the one you say is July 2010 actually has a time stamp of 2011-06-01 on it.

The second one is in 2011-07-15 as you say.....

So both pics are within about a month of each other.

If its somthing on the lense can anyone tell me why its moving every day now?

I wont be surprised if it moved that quickly in only a month. If it has the elliptical orbit it is said to have, it will speed up as it gets close. It needs A LOT of speed going into the other side of our sun in order to keep that orbit. So if its starting to speed up now, its gettin close.
