please help me start with basic techniques....due to situations at home, i cannot erect pyramid shaped copper posts / crystals...is there a way to just meditate and open up to the grid slowly ? If yes, then please tell me where to start ? closed eyes ? what to think of ? how to proceed ? please give step by step guidance and embrace me into this fascinating "real" world !
