the truth about the reincarnation cycle on Earth (and a few other things)

for those who wonder what they have to do if they wish to reincarnate on another planet (more evolved than Earth)

it is also possible to be 'demoted' to a planet resonating at a lower frequency than earth (like pleiades). this happens when one causes too much harm/negativity without having a divine purpose.

we are made up of energy and consciousness. we were created with a fraction of the total energies available to incorporate into our universal beings. this is the key. there are 144 source energies available and all universal spirits were created equally with 7.

everything that exists in singular physical form must simultaneously exist in singular spirit form and universal spirit form. this is the true nature of physical existence.

as humans we exist in 3 levels of form and have 3 levels of consciousness.

other lifeforms are the same, objects such as rocks also exists on 3 levels but only have 2 levels of consciousness

there is also the mental realm (of infinite possibilities), everything here is an illusion. many people report false things from the mental realm. also alot of channelled info comes from here and it's also fiction

it is only through merit, experience, and the transmutation of energies that we can increase the amount of energies that we consist of and truly evolve. the optimal way to ensure that you evolve at maximum efficiency is to follow the will of your own spirit. choose higher self over ego in every incarnation regardless how stupid or pointless it seems. the universal self knows best. it will reward you as much as possible if you do so. you, as a human being have free will to ignore the will of you universal spirit (which is you anyway)

our universal self will always choose the planned human life, area, and parents for the duration it its universal existence. it must accumalate a minimum quota of source energy integration, merit, experience (spiritual evolution) if it wishes to exist beyond the duration of this universe (create its own, etc..)

merit (amount of good done for all lifeforms) - this can come in many forms. you don't have to be 'awake' to achieve it. it can include helping others in times of need, putting smiles on faces, spreading love. there is not much merit if you discriminate and only help those of your race or physical family though. it's a good start but if it ends there the merit is limited.

experience (life experiences) - if you have experienced certain things in previous lives there is no point doing them again if there is no merit or transmutation of energies involved. from a spiritual perspective it's a waste of a life (redundant). even though it may seem that all you want is an easy life, have children, money, possessions, etc.. at the end of the day it's your choice though..

utilization & transmutation of energies (healing one’s own darkness and the darkness of others) - this involves faces all dark situations and memories. if you are prepared to look into your past lives the highest levels will be achieved. you can then go on to transmuting the energies of those around you and eventually across the globe. it is through transmutation that the highest level of spiritual evolution is achieved in a human lifetime.

our higher self will always try to steer you in the direction of the planned path for the duration of each single existence

our human self will always face choices between ego and planned path for the duration of each single existence

if your planned path is a key element of the higher planned path you won't have much choice at all. your higher self will punish you severely if you do not choose the ‘right’ way

there are 2 forms of heaven

one is a state of being which can be experienced in human life

the other is after death when physical (human) consciousness detaches from the ego and soul (at this point they dematerialize), reunites with singular spirit consciousness and then merges with universal spirit consciousness after death. it's where you reside in between physical incarnations. the realm of universal spirits

one is a state of being which can be experienced in human life

the other is when physical (human) consciousness cannot reunite with singular spirit consciousness after death, the duration of which is hell. some people can't reunite due to material attachments with loved ones and objects but it's not too bad. others due to the atrocities that they have committed/experienced, they have to face and acknowledge what they have done/been through. it can take a very long time for consciousness to detach from these energies

the new age definition of ascension is completely false

the one form of ascension is what happens to every single human on earth, as described above (heaven). even the most evil of persons will ascend back to the realm of universal spirits after physical death, it just takes longer for the process to complete.

another form of ascension is when a human satisfactorily meets the minimum requirement (merit, experience, transmutation of energies) of spiritual evolution on earth in order to qualify for rebirth on a planet that is more evolved and resonates at a higher frequency than earth. a prerequisite for this is that one must awaken every emotional memory (energies) stored in the soul, effectively reliving each of these dorment memories/energies. there is no way to escape it, otherwise you will land back on earth no matter how high you evolve..

'ascension symptoms' apply to every human who raises their own frequency in this physical life. the process of raising one's frequency always involves 'symptoms' as energies drastically change when one goes through this process. it has nothing to do with ascension..
