its rather something completely different.

its forwarding, redirect or simply dns tables.

you can buy your own little domain and simply make it point to nsa.gov as well. there are many other domains as well from it tech folks and other nerds that forward you to the nsa and other places.

no big deal. get over it.

the domain was registered via godaddy, so nobody can really tell who owns it.


buy your own domain "helloandgoodbyensa.com" and point it to them as well and you have your own example
