Its a Chinkacabra, the Chinese cousin of the mythical Chupacabra.

It's a Simian Raticus, or rat monkey. They suck the blood of virgins.

I think that Texty has got it right. It is a species of Loris, probably an escaped pet. It is lucky they did not eat it.
