What, was this guy a Norwegian neo-nazi version of Macgyver? Car bomb? Hah, I'm not buying that. Look at the debris - blown OUTWARD, not inward. So the blast was inside. And the bulk of the damage is centered on the fifth floor, possibly the sixth. So the car bomb had to enter the building and take the stairs or elevator up several flights. Ludicrous to think that was a car bomb. Whose offices were on those floors? Were any of them agencies that were conducting investigations of some high level thing, like financial crimes? That will be what this is about. It requires some level of internal tyranny to pull something like this off.
