Those who fail a drug test for unemployment will have no other means of gaining income other then illegal means. Not to mention that what i do to my body, the government should have no say in. Not to mention the people who fail these drug tests, who will have that on record? Can other people access these records or does it go on your permanent record? Our Governer Rick Scott owns the largest drug testing firm in the US, but to avoid conflict, he sold all his shares to his wife.
