Reid Blatantly Lies about Ryan's Plan Including War Savings

Harry Reid's plan, which supposedly saves $2.7 Trillion over 10 years, counted $1 Trillion alone in money saved by winding down the wars (money that has nothing to do with these debt negotiations). He tried to defend this nonsense by saying the Republicans did the same thing with Paul Ryan's plan.

...Except that's completely 100% not true. Reid is lying out of his ass. Here is the detailed summary of Ryan's plan and you can CLEARLY see on Table S-4 that Ryan's plan doesn't count a single dollar of savings beyond what's already been approved in Obama's 2012 budget.
