The 'Anointing' is a metaphor for the witness of the Holy Spirit who is to guide us. It is an inner communication of the heart, 'something like' a feeling but not quite. The shame in Christendom is that we are listening to other voices who are in fact Anti-Christs, you know the Tares. Do not go searching for them search for the truth instead. We have made men weather they are just fraudulent youtuber
prophets or internet prophets or even certified and even highly educated men with titles and all, we have made them our 'Anointing'. God will not forgive us for that. We say that 'the bible only and only the bible'. Yet when we hear the ones who we made to be the 'Anointing' for us carelessly attack and slander another soul which contradicts the the 'bible' we applaud them and volunteer to become their John the Baptists. Even making a doctrine that does not fully support the scriptures or the actions of Jesus Christ is in fact rejecting the true Anointing that is suppose to be our comforter and guide.---we should let the real Anointing tell us who is of and what is of God and not rely on the 'Anointings' that we in Christendom made to tell us. Please notice that the warning of the anti christs are found in the same chapter that the true Anointing is spoken of. A word to the Wise few they may be .
