Hello and Good Morning All
As in the time of Jesus, many people have seen His miracles and still took a while to believe Jesus is the Son of God and there were many more who didn't believe.
Would many more people give their life over to the Lord if they knew they were talking to one of His elect? One that was sealed by His Blood? And, would knowing that God has started sealing His people, that the end times were approaching?

As far as the 'elect', I believe that any born-again believer is sealed. But, the demonstation of power in the Last Days will be a draw for those on the fence and the unbelievers.IMHO God Bless
