Yeah, I decided that if I could give birth, I could handle having other things yanked from my body. One of my sons had to have all 4 removed a few weeks ago (he had anesthesia, thankfully), and the other son has to have one removed soon. Fun times.

I have two sons too...five and eight

Yep... 17 and 14. 14 is pretty young for wisdom teeth, so they'll probably only take out the one that's causing trouble for now. I keep hoping we'll all be out of here before I even set up the appointment.

We've been close for years now. Having said that, I would be surprised, not shocked, but surprised if we're still around after 'The Feast of trumpets' of 2014.

Thank you Jesus for what you did for sinners like me at calvary. To bring us to this age of grace, that any sinner can believe on you for the remission of sins.

We are to be in this world but not of it.Not walking in its ways,and yes,that includes hanging out with the people of this world who will drag us down before we will raise them up.We will be tempted to follow their path of ego and sin,because it is a very powerful energy we deal with,that knows us well and how to tempt us.We will not be able to say,oh but I loved you,I prayed,I did this and said that.We have to choose.(The world,or GOD).Its simply too easy and convenient to with one hand be praying and complying,while with the other hanging out with people of the world and participating in its distractions and entertainments,sins,lusts,temptations and vices of the world.There is no excuse.If we dont choose correctly we will be destroyed with it and condemned with it because we chose it above God.Too many think its ok to "hang out" and participate in things of the world or with people of the world. According to this,it is not:John 2:15-17 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God stays for ever...... By world it doesnt mean Gods beautiful creation,but the creation of man.Built on pride,vanity,lust,greed,ego and selfishness.Gods path is pure and humble.It will not feed our ego and lusts but will give glory to God,not to us. Job 28:20-28 Where then does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell? Its friends like you that give me the strength and the encouragement needed to even attempt to keep this thread alive.

I have been seriously contemplating leaving this site b/c of all the hatred and anti-Christian propaganda that this site has become. Then I hear words like yours that makes me wanna reconsider.

This site has led me to meet some beautiful people here who truly love the Lord, and you daughter are one of those. Whatever I may decide it is my hope that we can somehow stay in touch with one another and remain friends. I am really looking forward to meeting you, and all the Roomies here when we finally get to the promise land that our Lord has prepared for us.
