He said this on Beck Today...They want to cut between 1.2 and 2 trillion from the Baseline Budget...But that Baseline Budget has a Built in increase of Between 7 and 9 trillion $$$... Quoting: JF PriestEvery year the Departments and Agencies add on new projects and inflation estimates. Cutting in the base year of these programs deducts all the increases budgeted for in future years.
