Still, if the bible were the 100% truth, written by god, it would be perfect. We wouldn't have 20 different versions of it all saying conflicting things, wouldn't have so many contradictions and it would make sense.

1. if a supreme being wrote the bible then why are there 38,000 different christian denominations just in america alone, all have different interpretations because it is not clear what it means,is god incompetent? I can write clearly but god can not?

Anyway, do you actually think GOD would sit and write the bibles? GOD is the almighty, he/she wouldn't have to write the bibles. GOD could just make it appear like magic or have a ghostwriter.

I guess some people on here see GOD as a normal human if they believe it was written by him/her.
