Surfing is wonderful.

It should be the main goal, of humans, to get their surf on, and to protect the wavemaker, the ocean, who is female.

Why is the ocean female? Well, because they house life. They incubate, life, the greatest thing that can be. Meaning, the ocean produces and sustains, you and me.

So then, the most amazing thing is that when any wobble in the ocean, rolls up to the shore, and there is restrain, shallowness even, when there are speedbumps of a certain sort that constrain and shape that wobble, well, you get, a wave.

And that wave, if you have shed everything, and grabbed some floatable item, you can work like hell, getting over the breakers and the whitewash and the noise, you can get to the signal, the wave. And, if you can align yourself perfectly, by rotating 180 degrees at the right moment and get your motion to match, the signal, the wave, the wobble, well, you might get moving with it.

You have to match the signal, to ride the signal. You can wiggle with the wobble, and be in the moment. Really now, does a surfer think "Oh! Drowning is possible!" No, there is no room for that thought, when you are approaching the signal, the wave, the wobble. Yes, for when you are paddling out, and then rotating 180 and paddling again, that place where you pivot, to match the signal, is the singularity. It is you who creates that pivot, the wave is indifferent. The signal, loves you on some level, but yes, may drown you.

Imagine a stargazer, sitting on the beach, seeing every wave as a signal from some other star. I am mixing my metaphors, but you know, you can beachsurf, without even moving. You can star surf in the same way. But in both cases, it is very important to know you paddling. Which way are your hands moving? What form do they shape as they hit the water? And when you pivot to match the wave, how do your hands move, to effect that turn? And then how do your hands, like eagles' wings, fan out to balance you, as you ride that signal?

Waves and wobbles are what the world is made of. But the compressing of water near the shore, creates the meeting of two worlds. It is a special group of souls that rest at the boundary points of two worlds like sea and sand. Whether just observing as a sandsurfer, or actually paddling out the the wave, it is a meeting of minds, for the betterment of two worlds.
