Re: Protestants error again, proclaiming our justification comes by belief (faith) alone....
You judaizer will never understand because you have never been born again. You do not have the Holy Spirit to guide you and everything you read in scripture is a blur to you. You do not understand sprititual things and continually try to earn salvation because you do not obey the commandment:

Ex 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

For the believer this is not Saturday nor Sunday.

For the believer this is the day of rest bought for us by Christ Jesus meaning that we cease our work of the law for salvation. You judaizers do not understand this basic premise of why the commandment was given. It was foreshadow of our rest in Christ's perfect work and not in our own for salvation.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1162851

God didn't give you the authority to interpret Scripture so
don't preach it. Please.

Private Interpretation of Scripture is a lie, another heresy.

God gave the Church the gift to interpret Scripture not each
person personally.

The Church gave us the Bible, makes sense, yes? Look at the
fruit of the heresy of PIOS. 30,000 +...Protestant sects.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1465764

Two problems with what you have written...

1.) You would need to have interpreted God's word or heard directly from God to know that the poster did NOT have the authority to interpret Scripture...

2.) You claim to be Catholic, but you can't even repeat the words of the Apostles Creed...you know...the part where it says that Jesus ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father...you know that part... Well, if Jesus is in heaven...then he must have fulfilled the law and you are wasting time and energy and hurting peoples' chances of making it to heaven by continuing to preach the law???

"earning" heaven.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1484299

You do earn it. You exercise your moral agency when you make a choice to follow divine law or not.

That mechanism is what prevents your salvation or damns you to hell.

The imperfections of your awareness of sin or ignorance is covered by grace. That part you do not earn. That part was covered by the Atonement.

Your future transgressions made fully aware of what a particular sin are not covered by grace.

Hi. We can't judge Tyranny.

Actually, there is a big "protection" provided by God but it's rejected by Protestants. They gotta change.

It's called Confession. There are reports, a priest I know
knew the priest in Dallas. President Kennedy went to
Confession November 21, 1963.

More catholic lies!

1. 2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
1Co 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

I am not Protestant, I am your worst nightmare, A Baptist who knows the word of God! You know the ones your religion martyred by the droves. I am testimony to your lying decieving wickedness of you and all who spout your heresies of hell! It was my people killed for batpizing according to the word of God those who as adults repented of their sins and were born again following in believers baptism. It was my people who your people murded and tortured for belief in Scripture alone as the final authority and not your murderous fornicating popes. I AM BAPTIST NOT BECAUSE IT MAKES ME BETTER BUT BECAUSE IT IS AN HONOR TO BE NUMBERED AMONG THOSE WHO OPPOSED THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TO THE POINT OF DEATH FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!

Amazing! You can discuss JFK...but, you can't answer the simplest of questions regarding whether Jesus is bodily in heaven or on earth. I remind you of the Apostle's Creed...nothing! You glance over my pointing out to you that the catholic church is preaching heresy by continuing to preach the law.

I am off to another (more likely fruitful) thread.

OP, read and understand what I have written for your own sake and the sake of your family and friends. You are being complete deceived about the true mission of Jesus when he came to earth. He came to fulfill the law. He is no longer bodily on earth (hence all the talk of Jesus's return). If Jesus is not here...then He fulfilled the law. The simplest of humans can understand no longer paying for a loan once the loan has been paid off. Learn what is meant my Jesus fulfilling the law! Jesus ascended!!!

Confession without repentance is useless, and deadly.

Why? The people who nailed Christ to the Cross were guilty of mortal transgression.

Hence, if you engage in behaviors as an adult that are of a serious enough nature to deprive you of the Spirit, you will be viewed by God as being just as guilty of the murder of Christ as the people were there.

Hence that is why whoring presidents who have been offered the covenant of marriage and violate that will wind up dead, and grace won't protect them from being killed.

And if grace won't spare the life of a president engaged in willful transgression with full awareness of the consequences of their actions how will grace spare the life of the common man. It won't.

Nope, Protestants have two things wrong.

Preaching for money. It's a conflict of interest. One of the few times Christ got physically angry was when people were trying to make a profit in a house of worship.

Second. Justification comes by following law. Law permits our salvation.

Ask Jesus into your heart all you want, fail to abandon drug use, fornication, adultery, murder, etc. and you cannot be saved no matter how much faith or belief you have.

Obedience to divine law to the best of your knowledge saves us , not faith, grace covers your past ignorance of the law, not a lack of desire to fulfill and abide your current knowledge and awareness of sin.

Grace is not a license to commit sin. Grace covers your ignorance and past mistakes. Not mistakes you choose to make with a full awareness of what sin (violations of the law) is.

Those mistakes you make with a full awareness you pay for yourself. ie. The leg I got broken by hanging out with people I shouldn't have been. The marijuana users at the marina last summer.
 Quoting: Tyranny of Evil Men

Completely agree on the 1st point. Then, you lost me.
Really???? Come on man. read for God sakes Galatians 3:11 Clearly no one is justified before God by the law, because, "The righteous will live by faith." Matter of fact read all of Galatians 3.

I've read and listened to the bible many many times over, thank you.

All I was saying is that we need to get rid of the license to sin mentality and seek righteousness. The whole we can't help but to sin is hogwash. The path is narrow but there are some who find it.

and "OP"

this statement you made here:
"God gave the Church the gift to interpret Scripture not each
person personally".

*******

I don't have a "Church".

God gave me the "Holy Spirit" to lead me, guide me, and teach me all things.

As far as I can see it ... the "Body of Christ" is the church.
Not some man made building, or some "religious institution".

I just don't follow this line of thought you've put out.

And every day is the "Sabbath" to me, for I rest in Him everyday, and I give thanks to Him everyday.

As far as confession ... well that's between me and Him in "Yahushua Ha Mashiachs" name aka "Christ Jesus". He's my mediator and intercessor, for there is no other needed.

No priest, no rabbi, no reverend, or preacher.
They are all just as faulty as me.

Only through the "sacred blood of the Holy Lamb", His "Holy Son", and by the power of the "Holy Spirit" I will approach my "Heavenly Father" who is in heaven. No other way will I come unto Him.

Paul Answered this under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost:

What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:15-23

1517. He's your pope friend. You don't have to keep following him, he was/is wrong.

James 2:24
2Do you see that by works a man is justified; and not by faith only?

Don't deny history, Faith Alone came from Luther.

Re: Protestants error again, proclaiming our justification comes by belief (faith) alone....
Paul is a pharisee, a liar and a ravenous wolf who steals the flock. If you want to prove a point, please do so by other scripture. Even if you believe Paul, fine, great, still please use other scripture because it would have to mesh or else it's another doctrine.

Even a little leaven ruins the whole lump.

How can you go on with Luther's Faith Alone? scared

It came from him, do you seeee? It's not Scriptural, Jesus
in the message to Father Melvin explained again.

Read the OP.

Dude really. You should really read Matthew 23 and take notes. 1st warning bell should be the fact you are quoting "Father" Melvin. Jesus specifically told us not to call anyone father!!!! Matthew 23 8-12 “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have only one Master and you are all brothers. And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called ‘teacher,’ for you have one Teacher, the Christ. The greatest among you will be your servant. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.

Why do people constantly follow the traditions of man

Matthew 15 8-9 “‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.They worship me in vain their teachings are but rules taught by men."
