Okay OP i have read four pages of your thread..
I have reached to a conclusion that there is only one thing, and one cure on this planet that can help you.....
You have to train your mind...
MEDITATION.
I know this will be a spiritual test for you but this is the only way out for you.
This is a type of suffering your soul choose before incarnation and the only way to get the suffering over as early as possible is to raise the energy level of your soul and help your soul realise that you have learned your lessons and then the all powerful soul will guide you to riddance from your suffering.
Praying will also help, but prayer should start from a stable and peaceful mind..not from a victim state.
try to sleep early and wake up early, yoga,pranayam,
wake with the sun and do sungazing, and sunbathing in the rising sun as regularly as possible.
maintain earth grounding, if possible find a acupunturist to help you ease the pain(suffering).

I will help you, All yOu have to do is KEEP AN OPEN MIND..... no... its a problem, like 'morgellons'. its either extremely rare and not widely known. or its not known at all. it is real. dermo's and doc's with half a brain between them have confirmed this. a psych doc has also confirmed that i have a genuine problem, its not in my head, and could not deny that he was itchy in my presence. its hard to deny, when you are trying to scratch 20 places at once. if you dont believe me all you'd have to do is spend 10min in my presence..
