I once suffered as you describe, Bactracin smothered on the scalp and left on overnight clears it up in one to two nights.

It is greasy but it works so well it is worth the effort in washing the grease away afterward.

if they were any kind of scabies, i'd have seen evidence of them.

they make specific patterns with their burrows. they can be
captured and identified.

Neotrombicula autumnalis could be your problem. It is a Parasite.

If so, get medical Alcohol 70% and Tee Tree Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)

Put some Alcohol on a cotton wool pad and rub it on the affected area then put some Tea Tree Oil on it. You have to repeat this about 4 times a day. If you do have the above Parasite than this is the only way to get rid of it.
If not, neither the Alcohol nor the Tea Tree Oil will harm you.

i have researched chigger mites. it could possibly be something similar,
but if it was chiggers i would be able to spot one.

also, im not in the usa, and dont have any money left for treatments.

Go get that powder for birds (chickens), six something, you can use it your garden and such. Good luck. or try some Neem herb it has found a broad use as a wound healing agent and has reported antimicrobial properties. Yarrow is a repellent to many parasites and diatom flour desiccates many insects.

it sounds like it might be bird mites, which are much smaller dust mites or bed bugs, I would make a putty of D.E. Diatomceous earth. then try cedar oil, then Clove oil OR POWDERED cloves, then try Black Walnut husks extract liquid. if that don't work then they must be to deep.
and drink raw apple cider vinegar take these thing internally also (except for the cedar oil)

i have tried just about everything. never heard of the 'six somthing'.

i have tried all sorts of neem oils and extracts, and D.E if thats what you are referring to.

OP... Try an ultrasound transducer at the 28-50 KHz range at 60 watts. This will cause a cavitation in their larval stage or carapace that will kill them.
