Well, most of us WEREN'T alive and that is something that has never been a reality for most of us, EVER. So get over your bitter harping on the distant past. The changes will come in the form of things like Chinese investors buying up the undervalued black neighborhoods that sprawl around Americas large cities.... In essence, what should be the most valuable residential properties in the nation, are being snatched up SUPER cheap by foreign investors. Kansas City for instance. I predict that twenty years form now the KC inner city will be predominantly White, Latino, and Asian. The world is becoming more and more urban. these urban centers can not continue to be used as black ghettos.
