Actually that gives me a thought, wonder if this causes severe itchyness of the skin, opiates totally do that sometimes.

Dirty junkie fingernails full of bacteria and fungi scratching at the skin whilst so high they dont know they are doing it because its subconscious. They might be self inflicting these skin infections by scratching.

Could give you some idea of the cause of these skin problems.
