H. Blood red rain from clouds as black as night shall fall upon the land, and death will follow quickly as the air burns the lungs, and the eyes become blind from oozing sores.

Still Storms - periods where there is absolutely no movement of air, and the atmospheric pressure is such that it is felt in the ears and is acutely painful, causing extreme and sudden disorientation, will accompany this phenomenon as many fall down from disconnecting with the energies of the life force, and they lay upon the ground as if in epileptic seizures.

In many forested areas these “spider webs” are already occurring and mutating into a strange life form, causing the death of many trees. The trees all seem to die from the top down, and the forest floor is barren of undergrowth, thus the essential herbs that heal will become very scarce.

This was a clear case of deliberate lying and obfuscation on their part--and they cannot possibly try to lie their way out of THAT lie--it´s too damn big and obvious! As a matter of fact, not only is there an Overlook Ave. In Washington D.C. but it is in fact the location of the Naval Research Lab, which is the center of the Navy´s HAARP operations.

Now, guess what-- the first part of this contention on the part of the Pentagon spokesman, that there is no Admiral Falvey, (the signatory on the faxed document), has been proved to be a lie as well!

Though we had some indications that there was indeed an Admiral Falvey, it has now been irrefutably confirmed! Not only does Mr. Falvey exist, but he indicated to a researcher who contacted him by phone that he would be willing to discuss the document in question--privately.

I will provide contact information for the admiral to serious researchers who ask me directly.

At least one reasonable conclusion can be reached at this point--the NAVY (or a certain element/faction thereof) is brazenly lying through their teeth about this particular document.

The word "COVERUP" seems thoroughly appropriate.

When the amount of time at hand is short as the scales have been tipped, there is no time for making mistakes anymore, no time to correct any more wrongs. Decisions may become critical and the pace of things to become frantic.

Though like a tide, there will be moments of rest, these moments shortened in cycle.

There is always choice in every movement, its direction and path may venture though all things lead to the sea.

Choice is in abundance, diversity is ripe and change is the seed of life.

I like that, AC 9810. The "sea" is where consciousness blends, when we can identify ourselves with one another. Then there´ll be harmony in human relations..

That´s our goal, you know, to purify and clarify the personal self....... It has been built-up over the seasons of our existence (our incarnations) and now it is "ripe". As you say "diversity is ripe" and the next step is................. "change is the seed of life". To a life more abundant - an abundance not in terms of physical possessions but in the fellowship of life, EVERYWHERE, even in the little life of the atom, the plants and animals, Nature and in our fellow human beings.

So there are some divergent clues as to the position of Arcturus:

1) "Wisdom", as in "Lord of Wisdom.." is Ray II, or the Third Eye Chakra

2) "..Law, and Order" is Ray VII, or the Base of Spine Chakra, whose energy kundalini is eventually transferred to the Third Eye.

3) "SEVENTH RAY" indicates the Base of Spine Chakra.

4) "Seventh Ray" is again the Basal Chakra.

5) "Color - Violet, purple, pink" is the color of the Third Eye Chakra.

6) "Seventh Ray celebrated on Saturdays". Saturday is Saturn´s Day, or the 3rd Ray of Intelligence associated with the Throat Chakra, whose color is blue.

So we have our pick between the 7th, the 2nd and the 3rd Chakras. My guess would be that Arcturus represents the 3rd Chakra, or Throat Center situated in the neck "through which we must pass (see above)" to get from the torso to the head.

Saturn is the third major planet and represents the Ray 3 of Intelligent activity.

But reading on, I find this which qualifies my initial assumption.

Conclusion:
Arcturus is an energy outside of the 3rd Ray which is influencing the Saturnian energy of Intelligent Activity. And it is using the 7th Ray of Ceremonial Order in order to do it. Therefore Arcturus MUST BE on the 2nd Ray of Love Wisdom.

This tags it to the God Vishnu and the avatar Christ or Krishna whose sign is Pisces, which is the 2nd Person of the Holy Trinity of Siva (Will), Vishnu (Love-Wisdom), Brahma (Intelligent Activity), or in reverse order Creator, Preserver, Destroyer.

So that solves the problem of which Ray Arcturus is on. Arcturus is on the 2nd Ray and uses the 7th Ray to affect a transmutation of the 3rd through the 4th gateway (Heart Chakra) of Harmony through conflict.

It is not the neck which is the narrow passage, but the heart, through which is transferred the energies of the lower centers into the upper. And the "shepherding" energy which does this is Love-Wisdom.

(Still to look up Andromeda, our galaxy, our solar system and planet Earth).

Andromeda, the galaxy nearest to our own, is Ray 2 [or maybe Ray 4?, see below].

Andromeda is a galaxy in the constellation Andromeda in the northern hemisphere, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SKY to Arcturus in the Bootes constellation. Nearby constellations include Pegasus, Cassiopeia, Perseus and Pisces [1]. Pisces is opposite Virgo in the zodiac. Andromeda is approximately 2.4 - 2.9 light years from the solar system [2] and is on a collision course: "the Andromeda Galaxy is one of the few galaxies to exhibit a blue shift." [3], but will take approximately 3 billion years to arrive. The Andromeda galaxy is larger but less dense than our own [2].

A preliminary conclusion:
Our solar system is the heart center of the Sirian Logos, who is in turn the Solar Plexus Center (Ray 5) for the system of constellations of which the Great Bear is the Head Center. And the Great Bear is herded or "shepherded" by the Bootes constellation of which the principle star is Arcturus (Ray 2 of Love-Wisdom).

Then there´s this about Sirian energies (which really needs more research) and how Andromeda is "heralded" by a star in the Andromeda constellation. You will see that the Sirian energies (Ray 5) are energies of division. The 3rd Ray too is where consciousness separates and intelligence or mind first makes its appearance, and it is in the Mind where we must bring these energies back together again using the 2nd Ray of Love-Wisdom. "Sirius A & B in Major Canis - The great Dog. Sirius A is the brightest star on heaven, while Sirius B is the white dwarf.

Sirius A must be the external Star that influences life on earth mostly. Its red fire is burning like whisky and is equally invigourating and motivating. This Star is delivering its forces to all Fire mysteries and Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter and Mars are clearly transmitting contents from this giant producer of force. Sirius A is the force of action, while Sirius B is the centre of gravity. Their relation is respectively like body and head. B is assuring, determining and have an abnormal attraction (gravity). From this white dwarf derives the illusion of something fixed and secure in Life. It is compact, tight, dark and not releasing anything. Instead it pulls all things towards itself and its content. The celestial bodies that may come to close towards its gravity forces may will not get any options, while on earth the same situation is reflected in the triumph card that sounds like : Join us or fall prey to us. Its compactness inspires to a extreme kind of stubborness. It is the prime source of general restriction in our part of the galaxy. To the development of human consciousness it must have played a large role. It is the one that secures the strength of form of the ego. Without it egos would have been more translucent.

But this couple favours the forces of daily life and seems eventually hollow and have little of content, though Sirius B is not easy to overcome. Their failure of delivering even a faint trace of the eternal life must have prevented the ancients from giving them any other name than Major Canis. These forces may be very beneficient to life and its struggles, but obsessed by them - it will turn life into a continual dogfight to create superfluous material goods, and structures of oppression. In antique Greece, a group of philosophers were given name after dogs - cynos, and they ended up in history of philosophy as the cynics. Today cynical denotes not a neuter attitude, but something that may seem neuter, a cold and unempathic attitude that easily offends those that tries taking care of all parts and levels. There are plenty of white dwarfs in the galaxy but not in our neighboorhood, in fact the second closest is Procyon B in Minor Canis - the lesser dog. We don´t think this is coincident, but thinks that white dwarfs may share that cold attitude. After all - White dwarfs are stellar remnants, the imploded mass of a star that experienced supernova. They are burnt out and are the dead among Stars. And there is eventually death to the dogs. All couples with flaming females and silent determining males have something from these. Chess. The history of Kings and Queens is very simple. They are the offspring of the once best bully.

Influental on whole earth. They are the imperial couple and as such do their orbit influence the run of the great empires, revolutions and war. They are serious. During their mutual orbit of approx 50 years they have two peaks of activity. When A & B gets to their closest point B pulls light and matter from A, and when they conjuncts (as seen from earth). It has proven difficult to get the detailed facts about their orbits, but I have got it approximately on the latest years.

As I have understood of their orbit, certain parts of it favours the forces of A while others favours B. The conjunction which I think is in the years of ...3 is a great turning of forces. Also I think I have read some place that the Dogons counted their cycle by two full orbits.

Significant for religions that seeks Power, but in the peaks of these stars activity, all life on earth are affected by this burst of power. Isis and Osiris are obvious- Isis as Sirius A and Osiris as B. It must be said that these two Gods draws from other sources too (Orion) and that they are not here to just channel those forces. The sphinx does also draw forces from these, but also more. The sphinx is not as crude as the couple depicted here.

A humble and dim star [Ross 248]. The attitude here is calm and prudent. In the preceding moments is often the proceeding determined. So what Ray is Andromeda on?

Being Krishna, or representing Krishna (Christ consciousness) chained to a rock in the story, Andromeda could be on Ray 2, the ray of Love-Wisdom.

If Andromeda is "heralded" by "Ross 248 in Andromeda" constellation, then indeed Andromeda would be embodying the Christ energy, the same energy as the star Arcturus in the Bootes constellation [Ray 2] which drives the Great Bear [Ray 1 - Will or Power] of our own group of constellations of which we are in the Sirian Solar Plexus energy of Concrete Mind [Ray 5].

Since in the story Andromeda was chained to a rock by the sea monster, symbolizing mind, then Andromeda might be on Ray 4 of Harmony through conflict, but maybe that´s the ray of her personality, the outward appearance of Andromeda, and is not the ray of her soul.

Ray 4 is the Heart Center governed by green energies.

Ray 2 is the Third Eye Center governed by violet energies.

Violet is mentioned in relation to the Pleidian System (7th Ray of Ceremonial order, which ray governs the Physical Plane, and the mineral kingdom); see JOURNEY TO THE GREAT CENTRAL SUN excerpt, just above.

I think Andromeda might be Ray 2, the Ajnna Center.

If the Great Bear (Head Center), Sirius (Solar Plexus Center, or personality of the being) and Pleiades (Sacral Center: kundalini) - or body, mind and spirit - form a triangle, and an analogous galactic triangle is formed between Andromeda, our galaxy and one other. And if Andromeda is the Solar Plexus Center (5th Ray personality) or the Third Eye Center (2nd Ray soul), then our own Galaxy of The Milky Way would form either the Third Eye Center in the Head (2nd Ray) or the Solar Plexus Center as the author has postulated. This Ray 5 energy would make the whole galaxy very scientifically minded. I had assumed it was talking about Sirius, hence the comment, but obviously it is not.

Ross 248 in Andromeda might be of the same solar plexus energy as Sirius, and the implication is that a strong PERSONALITY is necessary for, and "heralds" the advent of the Christ Consciousness, or universal consciousness.

It speaks about ´bridging the gap´ in one of the above posts (9/28, 7:44 am):

So what have we got...

We have a triangle of energies representing the etheric centers of Crown (Gt Bear: 1st Ray), Solar Plexus (Sirius: 5th Ray) and Throat (the Pleiades: 3rd Ray) centers, with the Solar Plexus Center (Ray 5) taking the middle place of the conscious individual, or the Son in manifestation.

We have to assume that Ray 1 (Will or Power) absorbs the other two, so would form the apex of an equilateral triangle. This place is taken by the Triangulum (see above) and we are left with the two merging constellations which are our own Milky Way galaxy and the Andromeda galaxy. One will take the higher Throat Center and the other the lower Solar Plexus center. So which is which? If we assume that the Andromeda galaxy is more advanced than our own, then it would take the place of the Throat Center and be a 3rd Ray galaxy. That would leave our galaxy on the 5th Ray in the position of personality centered as it is in the Solar Plexus (on a glactic scale of course, and above the level of personality, but of a like nature).

However, if we shift the two merging galaxies up a notch, then we might have a truer picture..

Ray I - the Triangulum
Ray II - Andromeda galaxy on the Ray of Love-Wisdom

Ray IV - the Milky Way galaxy on the Ray of Harmony through conflict; which makes sense.
