The whole house of cards is getting ready to come down and it's only a matter of time before someone points a finger at the POTUS and the attorney general and says "they knew about it because I told them".

You're dreaming again. When you talk about the federal government you're talking about the biggest criminal organization that planet has ever see. These kinds of things get a public airing and then disappear. Think Waco, Oklahoma City, 911, JFK, etc. This is a show, nothing more.

Yes. Information circulated before all of this came to light, insider information. Obama intended to restrict our 2nd amendment rights, and stated that he had a scheme to do it.
The story was here at GLP. I don't have the link handy. Someone else probably knows what I'm talking about, and maybe has it.

It was an Obama/Holder scheme.

It would be great if something did come of this but I believe it will just be forgotten eventually. Obama will win re-election and things will continue as usual.

DOJ ran this op out of Phoenix US Attorney Dennis Burke's office. Burke is a former aide to Janet Napolitano. BATFE chain of command were cut out of the loop, for obvious reasons. BATFE rank and file wouldn't have stood for it. Burke ran the op through Newell in Phoenix, with McMahon in DC sitting on the inquiries and complaints coming in from other agents in the field, Mexico embassy staff, and BATFE Intelligence and Analysis section.

The FBI concealed criminal records of at least two straw purchasers to allow illegal sales, and DEA apparently concealed the facts surrounding drug crime informants that had been targeted by BATFE for suspected gun trafficking, if not actually setting the BATFE on their trails.

Three Holder DOJ bureaus, and the DOJ itself. Napolitano's former aide. The IRS? And, one of the programs operator's has a direct connection to White House National Security Director for North America, Kevin O'Reilly.

Obama told Jim Brady and the wife that he is working on gun control "under the radar". Obama, Napolitano, and Holder have all traveled to Mexico and complained about the volume of guns crossing the border into Mexico, bragged about their efforts to stop them, and demanded additional restrictions and authority to deal with the crisis. That would be the crisis that was being fueled by Fast and Furious.
