Congratulations O.P. that your thread has been pinned. Nice to see something positive being recognised. I have had several spontanious OBE's but not for many years. They were so lovely. My favourite was in an astral garden, so I imagined I could sleep in a rose, spontaniosly it happened. I was amid the softest most beautiful feeling I have ever experienced. Another time I went right up to space, because I wanted to see the earth like the astonauts did and wallah,I was there. I had several other lovely episodes and would love to experience it again. I am going to practice your methods and hope for the best. Thank you.
P.S. I also experienced the vibration, to me it was like every cell was being given a small electric shock.
