*HOW TO GET OUT OF YOUR BODY AT ANY TIME*

1.Lay on a bed and don't move.
2.Close your eyes.
3.Make sure there is no sound around you and no one
disturbing you.
4.Think about you detaching your spirit from your body.
5.Think that your body is only a physical object and
you are the spirit.

BE RELAXED! Don't MOVE. Don't FORCE ANYTHING.
DO EVERYTHING MENTALLY.

6.Start detaching your toes.
7.Start detaching your hands.
8.Start detaching your head.
8.You will start feeling numb. You won't feel your body
anymore after a while.

9.Don't get out of this state...keep trying to detach yourself.

10.Think about you being ready to detach from your body.
11.Think about you looking at your body from above 5-10 feets.

12.Now think about you getting out of your body.
Stay in this state for quite a long time.
After doing this for atleast one month, once every week. You will be able to get out easily after. It might take more time in the beginning depending on your spirit state.

13.You got out of your body. Now what? Always plan your trip before going out of your body next time.


Here's a list of stuff you can do:

1.See what your friends are doing.
All you need to do is think about a friend
you will directly be teleported to them.


2.Explore the earth and the universe
Yes, you can explore the earth and other planets and universes.
Make sure you don't go too far, I will explain why later.

3.See different versions of yourself in different parrarel universes.
Not sure if you can access information about how
your different versions became what they are now...But you can still see what they became and maybe even how they became that.

You can even do more things...I am not sure of everything you can do..I haven't practiced enough yet.


Now, How to get back to your body?
Simple, Just get back...Think about your body...Think about
yourself in the physical world.

There is a cord attached to your spirit and your body.
This cord is to make sure that you don't have to find
your body by yourself to get back to it in case you explore other universes.
This cord can extend infinitly.


Cord Description:
1.Prevent other entities from entering your body.
Because this body is linked to your spirit.
2.Send information to the spirit and Receive information from the spirit.
3.Make sure you never get lost.

Don't be scared about not going back into your body.
Only people who don't know about this don't know how to get back. As I said, don't go to far in the beginning. Start praticing and with time, You will be able to do everything without worying.

The experience blows your concept of reality...A God high...an awakening....Born again by Christian standards..however you want to put it...You will have to restart your whole life because you saw the truth...tis not an easy path afterwards. Both a blessing and a curse but worth it in the long run..

This thread as actually freaked me out abit.

As a young lad and now im 40 .....i have had experiences where ive been asleep yet felt that i am awake inside but cannot move my body and usually end up stressing and willing myself to wake.......many time relieved when i do.
There was one time not so long ago and i told my other half about this that i had the same experience again but i felt like i had someone by the side of me that i can only describe as being a black presence........which really put the shits up me when i eventually woke up.

Does this in anyway have anything to do with a possible obe?

So here goes -- this is from an experience I had about seven years or so ago. My husband, to this day, thinks I was dreaming, but I know 100%, that I was not dreaming. Here goes...

This happened in June/July of 2004.

It was late at night, or very early morning when I felt this 'vise-like' grip encase my brain. I was paralyzed, though my 'brain' was sizzling with energy (on the outside, if that makes sense?) And I heard this voice (inside my head) - metallic& grating, like more than one voice, but not, and very deep (almost like the sound of the alien signal that Jodi Foster listens to in the movie Contact??) say:

"You will..." (and I think it was about to give me 'instructions')

And then at this time, like a flash, I thought - cripes, if only I can move, or wake my husband up, I would be able to break free!

So I calmly, though insistently, tried to force myself to speak my husband's name... three times, each time a little louder in my head - trying to force it to come out of my mouth... as in: michael.... Michael.... MICHAEL.

On the third time, the presence left me abruptly, and there was a sharp/staticky 'zap' to my head, and then my entire body felt like it was on fire or covered with red hot needles. This lasted for quite awhile -- a couple of minutes at least.

I was left feeling that the presence was a metallic / reptilian one, and I also know that on the third time I tried to say my husband's name, I woke, completely awake/aware and in control of my limbs (though they were on fire). I somehow knew that it wanted to tell me what to 'do' and that I would have to obey... and my first thought was what if it commanded me to kill my kids? I couldn't let that happen.

I was spooked, and it took me awhile to fall back asleep. I didn't wake my husband at that time but told him about it in the morning. He laughed it off, told me I was dreaming, and had been watching too many episodes of the X-files (I hadn't watched any, by the way).

Comments? Was this the beginning of an OBE? What was the voice I heard? I was alarmed, but not panicky, during the whole episode... and I had been completely and totally asleep before the event took place. This was not an 'on the verge of sleep' experience.

But sometimes when I lay down I can feel the 'spiral' when I close my eyes. And other times I have been able to feel as if I am so big, bigger than the universe, and then I will collapse down, down, down and feel so small, tinier than the tiniest speck of sand. That happened alot in my early twenties, though not since then. But the spiral/swirl feeling happened again just a few days ago. (I have been meditating more because I am trying to be open to messages / visions from my guides. I was having them regularly earlier this year, and then in April they all but stopped.)

Or how Buddhist monks and Qi-Gong masters have spent years emptying their thoughts (transcendental meditation) and denying their bodies in order to reach "nirvana" and perform things that are not natural to normal mortals? Because they are taught to build their "chi", which only grows by hoarding spirits (demons) into one's being.

Anyone who opens themselves up to this practise isn't just messing with their spirit. They are opening a portal and inviting spirits into their being.
It's the same as messing with a ouija board. People just don't anticipate that there are malevolent spirits behind the veil.

Be careful. It may be easy for you to get into this, but it's a nightmare getting back out and in the long run astral projection, channelling and all these practises enslave you. You can't live without them and they begin to take over your life. When you finally realise and want out, you're plagued by demons. Some people even develop multiple personalities and become depressed and suicidal. It's not worth it, trust me!

This is where people need to understand how incredible your soul is. You think your soul is weak? Interesting. It's the most powerful thing you've got. You think leaving your body makes your soul weaker? Interesting. I always thought it was the physical body that restrained your spirit from flying free and communing with angels. But you're saying the body protects you from the horrible effects of communing with the angelic. Oops, not angelic...I meant demonic. Remember, it is not GOD that you are referring to. It is your belief of God. If you've never traveled out of body, you will never understand. You will only have your belief.

I've had this happen in a sense, but it was more sleep sex than a real out of body experience. Would have vivd thoughts and dreams of a scenario with my wife where the environment was all different than our bedroom, but when it was over the actions had really happened. Kinda like sleep walking but with sex involved. When your mind is in a spot that you are not contained by the laws of the physical work in your actions, your real life actions can become extraordinary. I think it's what happens at times you hear a person lift up a car of do something extra ordinary. They for a moment work in a way that is detached of physics by harnessing the energy of the their mind.

Imagine if we could harness this kind of energy on command....

So, my assumption is that you never left your body. Have you? You claim that if you do, the demons will possess you. So, which is it. There is assumption, and there is logical reasoning in what you have written. Tell me where I have assumed, and that I have assumed wrongly.

I will never believe in a God, that sends good men, holy men, of piece and love, into eternal damnation, merely for the fact of not believing in said God. Gandhi, Buddha, and countless others.

Tell me, where has your God sent these incredible souls. Tell me, what happens when a young infant dies, without first being blessed in your waters. Tell me where your God sends them.
