If you like this, read one of Joel Fuhrman, M.D.'s books...preferably Eat to Live. He is one of the few traditionally-trained docs who truly get it. If people just had access to information on how to prevent and cure diseases with nutrition, the medical establishment would nearly collapse...mostly leaving need for just emergency treatment for acute illness and accidents. Diabetes, cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease...so preventable and even curable.

I have been following his very straightforward dietary recommendations for several weeks, and my excess weight is simply melting off, I have tons of energy, my hypertension is quickly resolving...I just want to sing. And I'm spending less on food than I used to. But I don't get to give in to potato chips and beer like I used to...it does take discipline to reclaim your health.
