Depends upon the state you live in. I work for an insurance brokerage in New Jersey, volcanic activity is not excluded from coverage here, of course.

In Nevada, I can't imagine a homeowners insurance policy excluding volcanic coverage. I've never heard of a volcano exclusion with home insurance unless you live in Hawaii of course.

I find it interesting that as this is going on, the very constellations in the sky are slipping further out of their standard view.

I've watched one constellation for 3 weeks now, tonight it was nearly 10 degrees further North than it was supposed to be in my perspective.

If that core keeps shifting, Tennessee might be in the magnetic equator of this planet within a month....
