Still cant tell. he could have set the rocks up. Lady started freakin out saying it blew up really high. but you never see or hear anything.

You can't see anything, it's just a shadow under a rock, he should have taken a good close up shot and checked to see if made out of metal or plastic, throw a rock in to check it's depth.

Honestly I think it's quite plausible.

Girlfriends pretty much yell like that in those situations. They are moms in the making. Usually when people fake shit they get little details like that wrong.

Anyway, does an active vent hole or a few necessarily mean doom? Maybe it'll just cough and spew a little.

She talks to him like he's 10 years old.
She needs to be nicely told to STFU and go sit in the car if she can't handle him doing some research.

That was excellent footage, you can tell that that vent hole he found is fresh !

That's one of many lava tubes that have been there since i first climbed it....I think cavers go there often.

nothing fresh about it.......it's been there.

And it a lava tube indicative basalt lava. if you ask anyone who has climbed pisgah they will tell you there is a lava tube( actually several more) at the top
