Ascorbic acid is the preferred form of vitamin C to take if you want to minimize gastroentestinal problems. But there will always be the problem of bowel tolerance when using oral forms that don't use the liposomal process. Oral administration of plain vitamin C, even of very large doses, can raise plasma vitamin C concentrations to a maximum of only 220 micromol/L. Whereas IV administration can produce plasma concentrations as high as 26,000 micromol/L. Liposomal vitamin C has been shown to consistently achieve plasma concentrations on par with intravenous vitamin C, and sometimes surpass it. As I said, oral use of plain vitamin C has its place in a daily maintenance regimen. However, if I were getting sick I would turn to the liposomal form. As someone who has come up through the educated halls of the medical establishment herself, I will tell you absolutely that the majority of doctors do not have your best interest in mind and DO NOT want you to have this kind of information at your disposal. At some point on this thread I will outline a procedure that will show you how to make your own liposomal vitamin C using ascorbic acid powder, lecithin and distilled water. The process was hallmarked not long ago by Dr. Brooks Bradley and yields a concentrated dosage of vitamin C that is almost as potent as LiVon Labs product. I'm a firm beilever in vitamins i take about 15 of them a day... not only is vitamin c a huge one but all of them in higher doses thats why one multi vitamin will not do anything.... im angry with the health system that they keep these secrets from us and pull the wool over everyone, everyone i know is like ohhhh vitamins dont do anything... they dont beileve cuz they dont want us to beileve they wont even try it! and well one day isnt gunna change much... i stopped going to doctors about 2 years ago and havent been sick since... i was sick with a post nasal drip/cough for about 3 months on/off antibiotics and i was like well f this i keep getting sicker... and just stopped going to the doctor after they told me i should go get a chest scan...really? just to make you more money... and all i needed was vitamins??? i was better then i was in 2 days on vitamins then i was in the 3 months taking antibiotics! antibiotics are the devil!!! probiotics are way better for any sickness!!! this stuff really gets me going ive been to millions of doctors my whole life and NOT ONE OF THEM EVER TOLD ME TO TAKE A VITAMIN... and thats the only thing thats gunna help me at this point... i have lots of health problems and eating healthy, exercise and vitamins is the only way to take control of it... |

Primates are among the few that does not. If scaled by weight, humans would produce 4-6 grams daily. Vitamin c is not retained by the body and should be replenished every 4-6 hours. I take 1 gram (1000 miligram) timed realease morning and evenimg. My diet probably provides about another 1-2 grams. Still not ideal, but way better than the 60 miligram RDA |

They both say they don't like water. Son can drink 2 12oz cans of Dew straight down, back to back. Makes me sick just watching it. If you grow your own, on naturally fertile, well balanced soil you can use the nutrition charts. Another problem, people tend to shy away from good foods because of cost considerations and because they are used to the sodium/msg enhanced bland foods usually found in markets today |

Many doctors are some of the most stupid, uncreative and controlled sheople that I know. Yeah, they have high IQ's, but they have been schooled to the point that they NEVER question their schooling or authority. That is STUPID. Vitamin C drips I have heard, also can help or cure Hepatitis C as well. Acute viral Hepatitis C can be treated with vitamin C. I had the acute hepatitis C- only about 15% of those with HCV get the acute illness which involves jaundice, gray stools, dark urine, intense itching, etc. I agree with this from experience; vitamin C brought my Hepatitis C symptoms under control. On this topic of vitamin C and the acute hepatitis, The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine writes, “ According to Robert Cathcart, M.D., acute hepatitis is one of the easiest diseases to cure using vitamin C. Dr. Cathcart demonstrated that high doses of vitamin C (40 to 100 grams orally or intravenously) were able to greatly diminish acute hepatitis in two to four days.
