The winners are the debt holders. The losers are the American tax payers. The villains are members of congress who keep spending my money. The heros...where are the heros?

Remember when George Bush pushed through more than US$2 billion in tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans and the US budget instantly slipped in to a deficit? Obviously those tax cuts still stand, and they are sacred to the Republican side. I just saw a poll today where 64% of Americans wanted a mix of cuts and new revenue. Only 34% wanted cuts only. They got cuts only. So the majority lost and the rich were once again the winners. Yes, the losers are 95% of American tax payers who never saw anything from the Bush tax cuts. The divide between rich and poor in America widens.
