Don't panic. It's a Jupiter with moons. The "flaring" comes from the autofocus which is not able to set the right distance and moves back and forth

Venus Has a Moon?
Astronomers have been busy trying to determine the spin period and composition of Venus' moon. On Dec. 8, 2010, results of the study were announced by JPL/Caltech scientists, led by Michael Hicks.

Wait a minute; back up, I hear you ask. Venus has a Moon? Of course it does. Well, kind of... Let me explain.

It has the rather unfortunate name of 2002 VE68. That's because it was discovered on Nov. 11, 2002 by LONEOS, the Lowell Observatory Near Earth Object Search.

2002 VE68 is an Earth orbit-crossing asteroid that has been designated a Potential Hazardous Asteroid by the Minor Planet Center. For obvious reasons, this makes it a very interesting subject of study for JPL scientists.

2002 VE68 used to be a run of the mill, potential impact threat Near Earth Object (NEO). But approximately 7,000 years ago it had a close encounter with Earth that kicked it into a new orbit.

It now occupies a place in orbit around the sun where at its closest it wanders inside the orbit of Mercury and at its furthest it reaches just outside the orbit of the Earth. It is now in a 1:1 orbital resonance with Venus.

An orbital resonance is when two orbiting bodies exert a regular, periodic gravitational influence on each other due to their orbital periods being related by a ratio of two small numbers. For example, Pluto and Neptune are in an orbital resonance of 2:3, which simply means for every two times Pluto goes around the sun, Neptune makes three trips around.

In the case of Venus and 2002 VE68, they both take the same time to orbit the sun once. They are in a 1:1 orbital resonance. So by definition, 2002 VE68 is considered a quasi-satellite of Venus.

I know about the moon I was on it

In Vedic astrology Shukra (Venus) is considered a benefic and rules over the signs Vrishabha (Taurus) and Tula (Libra). It is exalted in Meena (Pisces), and in its fall in Kanya (Virgo). The planets Mercury and Saturn are considered friendly to Shukra, the Sun and Moon are hostile and Jupiter and the rest are considered neutral. In astrology Shukra represents love, romance and sexuality, artistic talents, the quality of the body and material life, wealth, the opposite sex, pleasure and reproduction, feminine qualities and the fine arts, such as music, dance, painting and sculpture. Those with Shukra strong in their charts are likely to appreciate nature and enjoy harmonious relationship. However, an excessive influence can cause them to indulge too much in the pleasures of life without accomplishing much of real worth. Shukra is the lord of three nakshatras or lunar mansions: Bharani, Purva Phalguni and Purva Ashadha

He is of white complexion, middle-aged and of agreeable countenance. He is described variously mounted on a camel, horse or crocodile. He holds a stick, beads and a lotus and sometimes a bow and arrow.[1]

Ushanas is the name of a Vedic rishi with the patronymic Kāvya (descendant of Kavi, AVŚ 4.29.6), who was later identified as Ushanas Shukra.

With one glance Kavyamata put all the Devas into a deep sleep. By her meditative power Kavyamata also petrified Vishnu and Indra, the king of the Devas, putting them in a state of paralysis.[1] Vishnu summoned his discus weapon - the Sudarshana chakra, and severed Kavyamata's head. Shukra's father, the great sage Bhrigu, became angry and cursed Vishnu for his sin of woman-slaughter, saying that Vishnu would have to take countless avatars on earth and suffer pain and confinement due to his sin. Then Bhrigu resurrected Kavyamata by sprinkling holy water from his kamandalu (water-pot). Kavyamata woke as if from a deep sleep.[2] Another variant attributes the curse to the resurrected Kavyamata, instead of to Bhrigu. The rest of the story remains the same in all versions.[1]

Kavyamata is a minor character in Hindu mythology. She is described as the mother of Shukra, the god of the planet Venus and the preceptor of the Asuras or demons. She is the reason why the god Vishnu was cursed to take avatars on earth.

Shukracharya is the son of Sage Bhrigu. He is the preceptor of the demons. Shukra was the only one considered worthy of being granted the knowledge of Mrit – Sanjivani vidya by Lord Shiva. This knowledge is supposed to bring back even dead to life.

Venus is considered as Goddess of love, marriage, beauty and comforts. It is a form of Maha Lakshmi, the wife of lord Vishnu. Venus rules over the Yajurveda and the Vasant Ritu(April and May). According to western astrology Venus is known as Lucifer and Hebrews named it as Astoreth.

2002 VE68
2002 VE68 (also written 2002 VE68) is an asteroid discovered on November 11, 2002. It is best known as the quasi-satellite or "quasi-moon" of Venus.

This asteroid is also a Mercury- and Earth-crosser; it seems to have been a "companion" to Venus for only the last 7000 years, and is destined to be ejected from this orbital arrangement about 500 years from now.

Re: What is this that Dutchsinse JUST NOW captured?
Neith is the name given to an object first sighted by Giovanni Cassini, which he believed to be a moon of Venus. It has since been determined that no such moon exists.

In 1672, Giovanni Cassini found a small object close to Venus. He did not take great note of his observation, but, when he saw it again in 1686, he made a formal announcement of a possible moon of Venus.

The object was seen by many other astronomers over a large period of time: by James Short in 1740, by Andreas Mayer in 1759, by Joseph Louis Lagrange in 1761, eighteen observations in 1761, including one in which a small spot was seen following Venus while Venus was in transit across the Sun, eight observations in 1764, and by Christian Horrebow in 1768.

Many astronomers, however, failed to find any moon during their observations of Venus, including William Herschel in 1768.

Cassini originally observed Neith to be one-fourth the diameter of Venus. In 1761, Lagrange announced that Neith's orbital plane was perpendicular to the ecliptic. In 1777, J.H. Lambert estimated its orbital period as eleven days and three hours.

In 1766, the director of the Vienna Observatory speculated that the observations of the moon were optical illusions: the bright image of Venus, he said, was reflected in the eye and back into the telescope, creating a smaller secondary image.

In 1884, Jean-Charles Houzeau, the former director of the Royal Observatory of Brussels suggested that the "moon" was actually a planet which orbited the Sun every 283 days. Such a planet would be in conjunction with Venus every 1080 days, which fit with the recorded observations. Houzeau was also the first to give the object the name Neith, after an Egyptian goddess.

The Belgian Academy of Sciences published a paper in 1887 which studied each reported sighting of Neith. Ultimately, they determined that most of the sightings could be explained by stars which had been in the vicinity of Venus, including Chi Orionis, M Tauri, 71 Orionis, Nu Geminorum and Theta Librae.

The asteroid 2002 VE68, discovered on November 11, 2002, by Brian Skiff, is a quasi-moon of Venus.

Only if he was up in the middle of the night. Jupiter is not visible yet before a normal bedtime.

Actually as I read what he said beneath, he was up around 3 am. It is not hard to find it's moons. And even easier now on the HOLOGRAM as that is NOT JUPITER. Jupiter is now a sun hiding behind our sun. STar fleet has a hologram out there, and the hologram is not way out in Jupiter's orbit even, it's close to earth, so I would say, the hologram moons might be more viewable.

2002 VE68 (also written 2002 VE68) is an asteroid discovered on November 11, 2002. It is best known as the quasi-satellite or "quasi-moon" of Venus.

This asteroid is also a Mercury- and Earth-crosser; it seems to have been a "companion" to Venus for only the last 7000 years, and is destined to be ejected from this orbital arrangement about 500 years from now.[4] During this time, its distance to Venus had been and will remain larger than about 0.2 AU (3·107 km).

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Earth

As of 2011, Earth has five known quasi-satellites: 3753 Cruithne, 2002 AA29, 2003 YN107, 2004 GU9[2] and 2010 SO16.[3] These objects remain in quasi-satellite orbits for periods of tens to hundreds of years or more.[1]

Venus

Venus has a quasi-satellite, 2002 VE68. This asteroid is also a Mercury- and Earth-crosser; it seems to have been a "companion" to Venus for the last 7000 years or so only, and is destined to be ejected from this orbital arrangement about 500 years from now.[4]

Other planets

Based on simulations it is believed that Uranus and Neptune could potentially hold quasi-satellites for the age of the Solar System (about 4.5 billion years),[5] but a quasi-satellite's orbit would remain stable for only 10 million years around Jupiter and 100,000 years around Saturn. No actual quasi-satellites of these planets are currently known.

I've been watching his stuff for a while and he doesn't do a bad job at all.

Included in this video are video footage and photos of the venting as relating to Elenin/Nibiru, to show what the passing of the comet and brown dwarf are doing to our solar system - such as the 90 degree tilt of Saturn out of its ordinary attitude/position. Volcanoes in Hawaii and Italy went active this week, many more will come, they've been off the charts all year, as have all the other crazy earth changes.

Saturn has not tilted. Whoever wrote that article doesn't understand the way telescopes work. Images viewed through a SCT (schmidt cassegrain) telescope, for example, are flipped horizontally. Here is a photo of Saturn I took back in April with my own telescope. The top left pic is the actual image. The top right pic is from Stellarium. The bottom left pic is the image after flipping it horizontally to correct the image.
