the mods obviously NO NOTHING! s&p is at 1242. nas is at 2650. and the dollar index is not relative to its value in cents, or what ever the second poster was trying to say. If dow closes below 11k 2 days in a row then you can begin to worry. Summer is usualy crappiest time of year.

This week will end badly. Next week will start off promising, but end badly as well. It's all a downhill slide from here. It takes a while for the reality on the ground to hit the markets, and that reality has been worse than the markets want to admit for some time now. By October the DOW will drop below 10k. It might see an uptick before the elections, but by next summer it'll become plainly obvious even to everybody that we're fucked. Regardless of who is POTUS.
