We are NOT going to have hardly any harvest in America! |

This is not. Because why, you say so? Are you an expert? We had drought in those years, but couple this with the FLOODING in other agricultural areas and you have a perfect doom scenario. But yawn all you want. I also remember the drought in 2007 caused milk to go to like $8 a gallon. I suppose since the economy wasn't completed crapped out it wasn't that big a deal. It will be now, I promise. |

The poor Arkansas and Ninescah Rivers are almost so dry as to have no flow at all. So sad. We did get one heck of a rain storm last night, Praise The Lord. Answer to desperate prayers, I can tell you. In that same vein, May God bring Low and Destroy that Casino they are building at exit 33. May God cast it down, In The Name of Our Lord, Amen. |

I live in tiny town in Central Texas and have watched as over 100,000 head of cattle have been sold at our local auction this year. For the past month, EVERY time a little rain cloud pops us, US Fighter jets come and break it up. I wish I was making this up, but I'm not. Has anyone else noticed this? Why would one little rain cloud be worth breaking up? Are they forcing a sell-off of beef?! |

[link to www.ssd.noaa.gov] A very strong high pressure ridge or dome is sitting right on Texas/Louisiana preventing any moisture to come through. Supposedly, you'd need a powerful hurricane to help break up this powerful high pressure ridge. I haven't seen this kind of heat wave in Dallas area in 9 years when I moved here. Everything is brown here now. |

I heard last week that the corn crop this year will be 20% which will go completely to silage. Ranchers are culling their cattle and/or selling them for pennies on the dollar. Ranchers don't do that.
