August 5th when it is 1:55 PM in England (source of UT)

That converter I posted allows you to enter the date.

First, on the Converter, select Sorted by Country.

On The Converter, Put in the Date as August 5, 2011. Then the First Time as either 13:55:00 (with the "24 hour" button selected) or 1:55:00 (with the "PM" Button selected)

Next, select GMT on the first list and your country on the second. For East Coast I selected "United States/New York"

Please do not forget to take your result and add and subtract seven (7) hours from it.
