According to the radio half-hour news (ABC) today's victims were not the same group that were in on the Osama kill.

It was also reported by Martha Radditz (spelling?) that there are 300 SEAL team 6 members total with 20 SEALS in the helicopter crash. There were others on board as well.

I know a guy who is in SEAL team 6. Met him for the second time at his father's funeral/wake service. The father talked about his son often. He had a picture of the son shaking hands with Bush 41. So I felt like I knew him even though we'd only met 2-3 times.

At the wake, he said he was not part of the group that got Osama. I sure hope he wasn't one of the guys who was lost. He had been in the Navy for something like 27 years and was one of the most senior SEAL team members. He was a Master Chief with three inches of ribbons on his uniform (that he wore to the wake) One silver star, two bronze, and the rest I don't know.

Who cares if ANYONE killed Bin Laden!
