15 DAY TIMELINE FOR FALL OF THE DOLLAR (according to Vickers and Beck)

I find the 15 day timeline to be quite disturbing in my view of Bible prophecy. The reason being:
Revelation 18:17
"For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,"
In my view of interpreting prophecy 1 day stands for a year. The Hebrew calendar was 360 days, not the 365 that we have today. So in the prophetic sense if we divide 360 by 24 which is how many hours is in a day you get 15 days = 1 hour. I'm curious as to know how Beck and Vickers came up with 15 days? I've always held the belief that when the "riches come to nought" it will be 15 a day time period.

David Wilkerson told us, years ago, America is going down in one hour. She is Babylon, he said. Christian fear-mongering. It's terrible and gives Christianity a bad name.
