Forecasters are raising the threat level on the Missouri River from moderate to major for Harrison and Washington counties. This after water begins to overtop a levee protecting homes from the DeSoto Wildlife Refuge. Calhoun..the first one on June 25th collapsed the berms there imo Thread: Levee Breach approx 6 miles N of Ft. Calhoun Nuclear Station btw..the video on your link actually eased my paranoia a little bit..I was beginning to think that area had already turned into a no mans land or something..glad to see it still looks fairly normal there
