Forecasters are raising the threat level on the Missouri River from moderate to major for Harrison and Washington counties. This after water begins to overtop a levee protecting homes from the DeSoto Wildlife Refuge.

that's the second levee breach that I know of N of Ft. Calhoun..the first one on June 25th collapsed the berms there imo
