Water level at Cooper's intake structure along the Missouri River is at 38.4 feet. The normal water level for summer is 20-29 feet. At 38.5, they say they will begin following their "abnormal operating procedures"-whatever that is. [ link to www.nppd.com] Quoting: Anonymous Coward 706845Cooper/Brownville was at 38.5 last Tuesday (Aug 2) and is currently right below that at about 38 ft. [ link to water.weather.gov] I think that gauge is located a few miles N of there by the Brownville Bridge
