Healing your family with light.

Take a deep breathe and center yourself. Take your heart and use it to think. Feel the love of the universe and feel the largesse of all that is.

Take that worry and look at it. Don't try and solve it or reason with it. Just sitt in it until it disolves.

If you allow fear to be and don't allow it to change form you can free yourself.

After you have faced your fear and sat in it with a quite mind fill your body with happiness.

This will renew you.
