The discovery was made by YouTube user americanbunker, a self-motivated researcher who has spent countless hours scouring images of Antarctica and the moon to find and share the most unusual sights and anomalies. Since americanbunker uses software to focus and clean up the images himself, the resulting pictures are original to his YouTube channel and blog.
