This would stop at the area where the non rioting neighborhoods get together, arm themselves and stop this crap. Too many people who have lives they'd like to keep intact for this to become something that would happen in every city, for this long.

If I thought that all of these kids were truly upset about the shooting and were angry at the cops, I would feel differently. This is not that, and it's terrible, what they are putting good people through. No one should live in fear like you are because some kids are bored and looking to stir things up.
