I remember well the racism I grew up alongside...throughout this country. I remember a specific sign in Springdale Arkansas that said:

"Do not let the sun shine on your black ass here."

And the sign came down, and another came up with the same tone...at that time there were 3 Black families in that area...and I remember the words used to describe them by many, "They are well mannered **gg***, they don't cause trouble or they will be swaying in the wind."

No bathroom services for them-and I snuck this gal into the bathroom-and stood guard-the guy came up and asked me what was going on-I told him nothing, I was getting a drink and needed to use the bathroom...once he left back into the station...I knocked lightly on the door and then opened it for her to come out-she must of been scared when she heard his voice
